As of July 2009, our Fleet office will be relocating to 67 Fleet Road. The building has been empty since the early 1990's and is currently undergoing complete refurbishment.
The building was the estate office of Brake Estates Limited from circa 1910 to 1990 and throughout that time Brake Estates played a fundamental role in the development of Fleet.
In recognition of the financial difficulties presently faced by first time buyers, we are currently offering reduced fees to first time buyers.

Bates NVH acquired the online conveyancing practice Brunel with effect from 3rd November 2008. With effect from the date of the takeover, the London and Leigh-on-Sea offices of Bates NVH will practise under the name Bates Brunel. The title of the Hampshire based offices will remain the same.
