Ashley holds an LLB (Hons) Degree.

Ashley moved to our Hartley Wintney office in 2005 to head up the Property section of the office following 15 years experience in the London office where he joined the practice as an Articled Clerk in 1988. Ashley specialises in commercial property and has particular experience in property acquisitions (including negotiating Section 106 and related Infrastructure Agreements). He acts for several large national housebuilding clients, local housebuilders and vendor land owners. Ashley also undertakes general commercial and domestic conveyancing work including Landlord and Tenant business leases and has been involved in many local business sales and acquisitions.

Ashley is a keen sportsman and plays cricket, football, golf, tennis and table tennis. He is a member of the MCC and Guildford Golf Club.
