Nicola holds an LLB (Hons) degree.

Nicola joined Bates nvh in 1998 and was made a partner in 2003. Nicola specialises in a wide range of services for private clients such as Will drafting and the administration of Estates, tax planning and Trusts. Nicola also deals with Court of Protection matters and the preparation of Powers of Attorney. Nicola is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Law Society's Probate section.

When a busy family allows, Nicola enjoys gardening, needlework and fundraising for the schools attended by her children.
