Tulia joined Bates nvh after being admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and works in the property department of our London office. Tulia's practice in law includes all aspects of property including commercial and residential property, lease terms, business leases, lease renewals, licences and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Tulia is also a qualified Lawyer in Colombia, South America and has experience in Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Employment Law and Mediation in both the public and private sector.

Tulia holds Diplomas in Insurance and Reinsurance, Contract Law and Mediation from The Pontifical Javeriana University in Colombia and a Diploma in Human Rights from Birkbeck College University of London. Tulia is a keen traveler and enjoys sports such as spinning and water skiing as well as Latin American music and dance.
