As a firm we encourage and promote opportunities for our staff to further their education and we are currently supporting three of our legal secretaries through the ILEX course.

Throughout our six offices we presently have one trainee. Each trainee will be expected to spend time during their training Contract at several of our individual offices where they work parallel with individual partners of the practice and thereby ensure that they have expertise in each of the individual fields for which they are required to gain experience in.

We participate with local schools in offering work placement schemes through the summer period.

Our staff are trained to the highest standards and with that intention trainees and solicitors on first qualification are incorporated within our teams for the purpose of ensuring that they understand the needs of the client and the services that we provide.

We recruit and train lawyers not only for academic and technical excellence, but also for the personal qualities and interpersonal skills which are more effective in giving our clients relevant advice and guidance.

Many of our staff have worked with the practice for the majority of their working life. As a practice we presently employ 48 staff of which 17 have been with the firm for in excess of 15 years.
